Model United Nations
In this project we learned all about the United Nations and each of us were given a country to learn about and act as in a simulation. We wrote Policy Papers and Resolutions towards the topic that the simulation was discussing. This shows that the UN project taught us a lot about how the United Nations works. This project has showed me how the world deals with a lot of their problems today. I truly have appreciated this project for myself and my piers.

Project Reflection
1. The Model UN project is important because it helps teach you about the happenings in the world and what is being done about those happenings. We studied the Israeli and Palestinian conflict and that sure taught me a lot about how a lot of things are happening in Israel. That is important because it gives me knowledge in my life that I may find useful in the future.
2. The HOHAM (Habits of Heart and Mind) that I have portrayed the best during this project has been perseverance. This shows from the fact that my placecard for exhibition was taken and I had to make 3. This is why I have shown perseverance and that it is my strength.
3. The greatest challenge I faced in this project was being sick. I got sick and it was hard for me to do my classwork because it was a migraine, I ended up getting all of my essays turned in but if I had some more class time to work on it I think I could have done much better on the project as a whole. This has shown that this part of the project was truly a challenge for me.
4. The most interesting speech given during the exhibition was Saudi Arabia. They talked about how the Israelis took all of the land for themselves and they talked very professionally and it felt like they really cared about the topic. This was why Saudi Arabia had the most interesting speech to me.
